WIth all of the research on the healing benefits of massage, I love to envision a world where more people, including myself, are honoring themselves through receiving bodywork. The physiological, emotional, and spiritual rebalancing that is offered through bodywork changes how we interact with people in our daily lives. How we choose to spend our time and how we choose to treat ourselves can have dramatic impact on those around us and on our own health.
